Teams from all over the world come together to fight for the top spot. To be able to compete with these professionals it is extremely difficult. The people playing have put over thousands of hours to be able to compete in such a high stakes competition. Every year there are various teams expected to win, but even the most prepared fighters often fail in the mainstage. This year one of the biggest underdogs fought there way through the lower brackets and pushed forward to win. It is an exciting competition thats takes place over a couple weeks leading up to the finale. Every year VALVE the company behind dota 2, record the final games and players through their journey to become the grand champions in a worthy watching documentary. These glimpses of what the players are dealing with during the games is produced to a pretty high standard and I would reccomend anyone thinking about playing the game to watch.
